Cylinder coil motor series are widely used in the market. This motor has a high rate of addition and can produce strong power of 0.7 N-1000N, and its journey is less than 50mm. The motor is mainly used in medical, semiconductor, aviation, automotive and other fields, including valve brakes, small precision replacement measuring instruments, vibration platforms, and active vibration reduction systems.
Sound coil motor is a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and realizes linear and finite pendulum motion. It uses the interaction of the magnetic poles in the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnetic field or the through wire coil conductor to produce regular movement. Because the sound coil motor is a kind of non-converter power device, its positioning accuracy depends on feedback and control system, and has nothing to do with the sound coil motor itself. Using appropriate positioning feedback and sensing devices, the positioning accuracy can easily reach 10 nm and the acceleration can reach 300 g(the actual acceleration depends on the working conditions of the load).
