The Voice Coil Actuator, which is independently developed and produced by Tongmao Linear Motor, is a special form of direct-drive motor named after its structure similar to that of the horn. With high frequency response and high precision, it is suitable for short-stroke closed-loop servo application.
The sound coil motor has simple structure, small size, high speed, high acceleration, and fast response. Due to its small volume and weight, it can achieve high acceleration, and can be used for high-speed oscillating reciprocating motion(up to Jishihezi). The working principle is, In a magnetic field, a pass coil(conductor) produces force in proportion to the current applied to the coil. Based on this principle, ring motor motion can be straight, linear or arc.
In recent years, with the rapid development of the technology of high speed and high-precision positioning systems and the rapid development of sound coil Motors, sound coil motors have not only been widely used in precision positioning systems such as disk and laser record positioning[ 1] The positioning accuracy depends on the feedback and control system, and has nothing to do with the loop motor itself.
