Fourth, the speed of reaction, high sensitivity, and the ability to move smoothly, this is because there is no other mechanical connection or conversion device except for the linear guide rail or air bearing that plays a supporting role. Especially at high speed, it is a prominent advantage. The acceleration is very large and the peak value can reach 300G.
Fifth, simple maintenance, long life, reliable work. Due to the small number of components, no contact transmission force is achieved, and the mechanical friction loss is almost zero.
