Application of Linear Motor on Maglev Train

Maglev trains actually rely on electromagnetic suction or electric repulsion to suspend the train in the air and guide it to achieve no mechanical contact between the train and the ground track, and then use a linear motor to drive the train.
The driving principle of maglev trains uses synchronous linear Motors. The lower electromagnetic iron coil of the vehicle acts like the excitation coil of the synchronous linear motor. The three-phase moving magnetic field driving winding inside the ground track acts as the armature. It acts like the long stator winding of the synchronous linear motor. From the working principle of the linear motor, it can be known that when the stator is charged, the train will proceed along the guide rail. The train is equipped with a magnet. When the magnet moves with the train, an inductive current is generated in the coil(or metal plate) located on the ground. The magnetic field of the inductive current and the electromagnetic force between the magnet or coil on the train suspend the train.
