     Recently, Dr. Jens Lohr, a hematologist and oncologist at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, used DNA sequencing to successfully track the evolution of the multiple myeloma.      Dr Jens Lohr started with 110 blood samples from 75 randomly selected multiple myeloma patients to obtain CFDNA, and then used the data to predict the utility of sequencing the deeper full exome of CFDNA. 

     DNA sequencing has been used to track the evolution of multiple myeloma, such as the discovery of new avian influenza H7N9 and Down Syndrome. The development of DNA sequencing technology can not be separated from the advanced DNA sequencing equipment.
