A linear motor is a power transmission that converts electrical energy directly into linear motion mechanical energy. It can save a lot of intermediate drive mechanism to speed up the system to reflect the speed and improve system accuracy, so it is widely used. When we choose a linear motor, we first refer to the parameter list of the linear motor.
In the following figure, a list of some parameters of the TMCA series of the motorized motor is attached.
You can understand it, let the following Mao machine to teach you.
Thermal resistance: the cooling capacity of the motor, reflecting the motor cooling level.
Peak thrust: The peak thrust of the motor depends on the safety limits of the motor's electromagnetic structure.
Peak voltage: the maximum supply voltage, mainly with the motor insulation capacity.
Peak current: maximum operating current, corresponding to the maximum thrust, lower than the motor demagnetization current.
Peak power: the sudden change in load, the motor can bring the maximum power of a short time.
Motor constant: the motor thrust and power consumption of the square root ratio, is the motor electromagnetic design and thermal design level of a comprehensive embodiment.
Thrust constant: the peak thrust and peak current ratio of the motor, reflecting the results of the motor electromagnetic design, in a sense can also reflect the electromagnetic design level.
Phase resistance: the phase resistance of the motor, under normal circumstances are often given line resistance, and the relationship between the motor heat, in a certain sense can reflect the electromagnetic design level.
Phase inductance: the motor phase inductance, under normal circumstances are often given line inductance, and the motor back EMF has a certain relationship, in a certain sense can reflect the electromagnetic design level.
Reverse electromotive force: the motor back EMF (coefficient), reflecting the motor electromagnetic design results, affecting the motor to determine the maximum operating speed of the supply voltage.
Electrical time constant: ratio of motor inductance to resistance.
