     The construction of "urban car parks" is an important part of the "new infrastructure" . To this end, Huainan has seized the relevant policy opportunities and planned to build more car parks in advance to alleviate the local parking problems. 

      It is reported that in recent years, Huainan's economic development is in good shape, people's quality of life has been significantly improved, under this situation, Huainan's vehicle ownership has also increased rapidly, in order to adapt to current and future Huainan's parking demand, following the pace of "new infrastructure" , the Huainan urban and Rural Development Bureau has drawn up a three-year (2020-2022) planning and construction plan for car parks in Huainan's main urban areas. 

     In the next two to three years, 38 social parking lots will be set up in Tianjia'an District, high-tech zone (Sannan new zone) , Datong district, Xiejiaji District district, Hachikō Mountain area, Panji District district and Maoji experimental area, including surface parking 27, underground parking 7, three-dimensional Parking 4, a total of 7,769 parking spaces. Four of the three-dimensional car parks are located in two parts of Tianjia'an District and two parts of Xiejiaji District.
