     China has successfully developed a lidar detection system for the low and middle atmosphere voice coil motor in polar region. The so-called polar regions are the regions adjacent to the geographic poles. Based on this, the polar atmosphere has always been regarded as a key region in the atmospheric system, relevant institutions and individuals have been engaged in the study of polar atmospheric dynamics, thermodynamic structure and change process. 

     Recently, the Wuhan University, the Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Marine instrumentation of the Shandong Academy of Sciences have jointly developed a lidar detection system for the study of the middle and lower atmosphere of the polar regions, the system can obtain the structure of tropospheric atmospheric temperature by rotating the Raman Lidar Module and the stratospheric-mesospheric atmospheric temperature, density and cloud data by using the John William Strutt, 3rd Baron Rayleigh Scattering Lidar Module, the structure of atmospheric wind field in boundary layer is obtained by coherent doppler Wind Lidar Module. 

    When it comes to lidar technology, it is arguably twenty-one of the most revolutionary technologies of the 20th century, and it is gradually penetrating into all walks of life, including the automobile industry, aerospace and so on, the development of Lidar can not be separated from the boost of voice coil motor. Lidar can obtain the distance information of distant objects by measuring the flight time of the laser beam. However, laser beams are very narrow and they do not scatter, so a single lidar pulse can only sense a very small object. For practical use, lidar sensors have to undergo some form of "scanning" . Most lidar sensors are connected to a drive motor that rotates them, and once the laser is synchronized with the motor's motion, we can tell where the laser is pointing and combine the whole image of the environment ahead. Therefore, the field of view of a lidar depends on the angle at which the motor rotates.
