   According to CNBC, AMSL, the world-famous manufacturer of advanced lithography ingenuity, is developing a new version of the EUV lithography machine. 

      The new EUV lithography machine, known as High Na (High numerical aperture) , is under development and AMSL expects to complete the development in 2023 and provide a first-come-first-served experience for individual customers, according to the company, so that chip makers can quickly validate and learn how to use it. Customers can then use High NA FOR THEIR OWN R & D in the 2024 and in 2025. Starting in 2025, they are likely to be used in mass production. As we all know, lithography machine is the core equipment of chip production, has a decisive impact on chip technology, only EUV lithography machine can produce less than 5 nanometers of chip wafers, and to produce more complex chips, you have to rely on High Na. 

     As for the lithography machine, linear motor is becoming one of the indispensable parts of the lithography machine. Because of its high speed, high precision and high stability, linear motor is introduced into the lithography machine as a driving device.
